HUNTSVILLE DANCE LAB MODERN DANCE COMPANY - an experiment in Modern Dance

The Huntsville Dance Lab Modern Dance Company is a group of youth and adult dancers with a passion for Modern Dance. They have performed at various venues to represent Huntsville's Modern Dance community, including Lowe Mill, the Alabama Dance Festival, Merrimack Hall's Evening of Dance, and many more. Their emphasis is on making people think about their pieces, and taking from the performance what they feel it represents, instead of "telling" the audience what the piece is about. This approach has created an opportunity for those who would not normally experience the art of Modern Dance to gain a special appreciation for the art form.
